Jackoboard Plano Backer Board 600x1200x10mm (per sheet)

These Jackboard tile backer boards 1200x600x10mm are water-repellent, which makes them perfect for waterproofing a bathroom, shower or wet room space prior to tiling. They are lightweight and easy to cut, and can be covered directly with tiles, render or plaster, and can be installed on almost all surfaces! They're made from extruded polystyrene (or XPS) foam and have a special coating on both sides. The special coating is cement with a glass fibre mesh. This gives the board strength, rigidity and helps the bond between the tile, adhesive and board. They also have excellent thermal insulation properties and high compressive strength, along with BBA accreditation.
