Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We will deliver in 1-3 working days for orders placed before 12pm on any working day. If your order is delayed, you will receive notification via text, email or call.

Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

IMPORTANT: Orders placed from the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other areas outside of mainland Britain must be placed by contacting us directly using details from our ‘Contact Us’ section. We will arrange delivery at the same time. Please note: orders placed from these areas via our website will not be processed!

Delivery Details

The delivery period stated is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If a signature is required upon delivery, please provide the address of someone who will be able to sign for the goods in your absence, otherwise they will be returned to the depot. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will not be charged for additional deliveries in this instance.

At Tile Kingdom, packages are generally despatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped to you via courier with the tracking information provided. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you have selected to collect, someone from our team will contact you shortly to arrange a collection time.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Tile Kingdom advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

 

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions as they apply to all transactions and use of our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 

Return Options 

At Tile Kingdom Ltd, we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an unwanted item, please notify our customer services team at info@tilekingdom.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of goods. All goods will then need to be returned to us at Tile Kingdom Ltd, East Langford, Bow, EX17 6HX within 14 days of notifying us. Products must be returned in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging and suitable for resale. Restocking fees will apply to the return of all goods which are not faulty, damaged or incorrect. Tile Kingdom reserves the right to charge for any damaged package or products upon return. 

 

Restocking fees are charged at 25% of the value of goods returned. Restocking fees apply to all unwanted items, such as goods returned because they are no longer required, excess tiles, or items that do not meet customer expectations (e.g., not liking the colour or appearance). We also reserve the right to add restocking fees for the following (but not limited to) reasons: items which have been returned with original packaging damaged; damaged products; discoloured products; or products which have been altered in any way. This includes any damages caused by your couriers upon return transit. 

 

Customers are responsible for returning unwanted goods and any costs thereby incurred. For any additional information, please contact our customer service team at info@tilekingdom.co.uk. 

 

Please note that the restocking fee is not intended as a penalty. It is in place to cover costs related to logistics, handling, and processing of the returned tiles. While we understand that customers may sometimes change their mind, managing the return of large, heavy items like tiles involves considerable resources. The fee helps us continue to offer competitive pricing and maintain efficient operations. 

 

1. Product Samples 

 

We highly recommend that customers order sample tiles before placing their final order. While we strive to accurately depict all of our products on our website, the appearance of tiles may vary due to factors such as lighting conditions, screen displays, and individual tile batches. Colours, shades, and textures shown on the website are provided as an indication only and may not precisely match the actual product you receive. 

 

2. Product Variation 

 

Please be aware that slight variations in colour and texture are inherent in the manufacturing process of tiles, and these variations are not considered defects. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the colour or appearance of the tiles as seen on the website and the actual product you receive. This is why we strongly advise ordering sample tiles prior to making a purchase. 

 

3. Returns and Unwanted Products 

 

If you wish to return tiles for reasons such as excess quantity or personal preference (e.g., the tiles do not meet your expectations), any such returns will be subject to the terms outlined in the "Return Options" section above. Returns will only be accepted if they meet the conditions stated, including covering the costs of return shipping and a restocking fee, where applicable.

5. Liability 

 

We do our best to ensure that all product information is correct at the time of publishing on the website, but we cannot guarantee that the tile colours or appearances will exactly match your expectations. Therefore, we disclaim any responsibility for tiles ordered without first requesting a sample.

Returning Clearance Ranges 

 

We do not accept returns for clearance or discounted goods unless the product is faulty or not as described. 

 

EXCHANGE OPTIONS FOR FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS 

 

In the rare event that items bought from Tile Kingdom are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Services team at info@tilekingdom.co.uk who will be happy to assist you. Faults or issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods, although we strongly advise that you bring any issues to our attention as soon as possible. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be exchanged and redelivered within 14 days of receipt of complaint. All costs will be absorbed by Tile Kingdom Ltd. 

 

Please be advised that Tile Kingdom Ltd reserves the right to charge for items that are damaged upon return by the customer or their courier. 

 

Please note that any faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, for which replacements are no longer wanted or needed, will be returned to us under the Terms and Conditions outlined in the "Return Options" section above. 

 

Tiles should be checked for damage upon arrival and preferably in the presence of the delivery driver. Any damage should be brought to our attention as soon as possible. If the items are visibly damaged upon receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. 

 

 Refunds 

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods returned and in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
